We offer a 14-day money back guarantee from receipt of the product if it is not to your liking for reasons attributable to us to ensure the best possible experience. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns after the period of 14 days after receiving the goods, so please contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a refund or replacement if requested!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

If you have received defective, incorrect and/or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Remember to include your order number, photographs of the items, and all related references upon receipt of the package, and in accordance with our money-back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible!

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to change your order information within 24 hours of purchase, it will be free of charge; Since we ship products as fast as possible, please double check the information before finalizing your order.

The shipping address can be changed before shipment, and we cannot make any changes once the package has left our warehouse.
